2025-2026 Fees

Curriculum Service Fee

This fee is paid August through April for a total of nine months and is due the first of every month. Payments after the first day of the month will be assessed a $25 late fee.  The CCHSA treasurer will invoice this fee to families. 

Please note that we do offer opportunities to offset costs for serving in the co-op community. Please inquire with questions.

Curriculum Service Fee breakdown by grades:

• High School (grades 9th-12th) : $50 per classroom hour.

• Middle School (grades 5th-8th) : $200.00 per month.

• Elementary: $150 per month. 

Registration Fee 

The non-refundable registration fee is $300 per family and is due when the registration form is submitted for your student(s).

Annual Online Services Fee

Due on May 1st of each school year, this is a non-refundable fee of $75 per family that can be paid online. 

Annual Supply Fee

This is a $50 per student supply fee for elementary and Middle School for science, humanities, copies, and equipment. This fee is due annually on May 1st or upon enrollment of new families. High school supply fee is $25 per student.
